· Guided — live prompts + zone glow help you learn the move.
· Test — no help. Pass Test to unlock the next exercise.
Like a video game: replay any unlocked level. Locked ones stay locked until you pass the previous Test.

The skill: hold the target BPM at 80%+ stability for 60-90s straight.
BPM = Hz × 60. A 420 BPM drill is 7 strokes per second.
